About Mysore-style timing
Newer students should begin and finish their practice within the instruction window. Established students can start a little bit earlier. Most students will take 60-90 minutes and can adjust their pace to suit daily conditions. Learn more about how Mysore works.
Moon Days
We don’t have class on new moon days or full moon days as shown on the calendar. They are class holidays, but students are welcome to practice on their own at home.
Registration
All students must first fill out the registration form and waiver. San Francisco and Peninsula classes have separate registration forms!
Payments
Standard Rates
Automatic payments may be cancelled at any time before each renewal.
No refunds after a pass has begun use.
Suspensions of recurring membership may be requested for any reason but will be granted at our discretion. One week minimum suspension.
Beginners
New students, welcome! No previous experience is necessary! Newcomers to the Mysore method must commit to at least a month and, for best results, should set an intention of coming at least three times per week to start.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome! Visitors must be comfortable in a Mysore-style setting: that is, be able to practice primary series or an appropriate subset without guidance.
